Abstract

AACE-Gulf Chapter is delighted to present the second basic Neck Ultrasound and Ultrasound-guided Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy workshop. Such a course has become an essential tool for every endocrinologist to master the skills of performing, evaluating, and reporting ultrasonography of thyroid and related structures. During a full day of didactic lectures followed by guided practicum, we ensure that our delegates meets the educational targets of pursuing ECNU and other related board exams. Moreover we are delighted to add two topics on "Reporting neck US and FNA studies", as well as "Slide preparation" techniques which enhance the program further.
